To apply for Christmas Assistance, you must live in the City Limits of Austin. You will need to have two proofs of address, (1) an identification with a picture and (2) proof of your address, such as a utility bill, lease or insurance card.  You can only apply for your own household and children listed on the application must reside in that household.  Proof of age must be provided for all children (school records or shot records). 

                   If you have applied for assistance with Salvation Army

                            you will not be eligible for assistance from

     Blue Santa and The Christmas Bureau of Austin and Travis County.

Housing Authority of the City of Austin - Residents must submit applications through the Housing Authority – Please see the Specialist at the property or see the property manager for assistance. Applications will not be accepted from HACA residents unless they are submitted by the agency representative

Mason Manor residents will need to apply on-site with the property manager.

 Walnut Creek Apartments residents will need to apply on-site with the property manager.
Travis County Residents - If you do not live in the city limits of Austin but live in Travis County you will need to apply with Brown Santa.  The phone number is 247-2682 and the website is www.brownsanta.org

 City of Pflugerville Residents will need to apply with Pflugerville Blue Santa for assistance and application locations please call 670-5514.
